**Open Your Parcel Before Accepting It**

For standard-size orders, you can open your parcel at your doorstep and inspect your purchase before accepting delivery. If you are not satisfied, you may return the parcel to the delivery rider at your doorstep.

**Custom-Size Orders**

Items made to your custom measurements are non-returnable and cannot be returned under this doorstep return option.

Please check your order details carefully before placing a custom-size order.
